From July 1, 2025, the reporting obligation of opium poppy and industrial hemp growers is being transferred from the Customs Administration to the Central Institute for Supervising and Testing in Agriculture (ÚKZÚZ). The reporting obligation for sowing (or disposal) carried out until June 30, 2025 was fulfilled by sending the notification to the Customs Office. From July 1, 2025, all further notifications (sowing, disposal, harvest) are submitted to ÚKZÚZ through electronic forms. Currently, the transfer of the Customs Administration agenda to ÚKZÚZ and the migration and import of notification data sent through the Customs Administration into ÚKZÚZ systems is in progress. After completion of the agenda transfer and finalization of data import, you will be granted access to the new application for electronic submission of notifications. The application will be launched in the coming days.
Until the new application is made available, please use the forms published on the page Forms for Download | ÚKZÚZ on the ÚKZÚZ website or the original generated forms in the LPIS system. Send completed forms to the ÚKZÚZ data box ID: ugbaiq7 or by email to podatelna@ukzuz.gov.cz, if you do not have a data box set up.
